Suzanna Hext
AmbassadorSuzanna is a para-dressage rider and swimmer.
She won three gold medals in dressage at the 2017 FEI European Championship and two medals at the 2019 World Para Swimming Championships - later going on to compete for Great Britain at the 2020 Summer Paralympics.
From Truro in Cornwall initially, Suzanna now lives in Sherston, Wiltshire.
In 2012 she was paralysed from a horse riding accident and was airlifted by our charity. She later took on an ambassador role.
Suzanna says: "Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a vital service that we couldn't do without, especially in rural locations such as where I had my horse riding accident in 2012. If they hadn't airlifted me to hospital quickly, the outcome could have been different."
