Your membership will provide the funds for our essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) in Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas.

On average, we are called out three times a day to people who have suffered serious or life-threatening illnesses or injuries, including cardiac arrests, strokes or as a result of road traffic collisions.

The expertise of our critical care team, the specialist medical equipment they use and the speed of our helicopter can mean the difference between life and death.

Membership is £1,200+VAT per annum or £100+VAT for per month. This entitles you to attend a minimum of four networking events throughout the year, with food and drink included.

Throughout the duration of your membership, you are also entitled to:

  • Speaking opportunities at our member events.
  • Bring someone from a new company to our member events.
  • 10% discount on our accredited First Aid Courses.
  • 10% discount when you book our training facilities; a saving of up to £300 a year.
  • Early bird access to our corporate programme of events.
  • Exclusive access to The Business Club member portal, including a member directory, and LinkedIn member-only group.
  • Quarterly newsletter and monthly corporate emails.
  • Promotion of your business through our website, social and print media.
  • Use of branded materials to showcase your affiliation and CSR values.
  • Tours of our airbase to see first-hand the impact your support has.

We’ll keep you up to date with upcoming member events, but you can expect our networking events to take place 10am-midday at our airbase in Semington throughout 2023.

In the future, our members will host some of our networking events at their workplaces – a great opportunity to showcase your company.

You will receive plenty of notice for upcoming events. If you can’t make an event, you’ll still have access to the other benefits included, and your membership will be going to a life-saving cause.

We offer one free taster session for non-members. As part of your membership, you can bring someone from a new company to every event, if you want.

Direct debit information will be provided through GoCardless.

Payment is by annual or monthly Direct Debit via GoCardless and will be taken approximately 7 working days from sign up.

Annual direct debit payments will be collected on completion of your GoCardless Direct Debit Instruction (up to 7 working days), and thereafter on an annual basis from when your membership is due for renewal.

Monthly direct debit payments will be collected on the 27th of each month or on completion of your GoCardless Direct Debit Instruction.

Membership will be for 12 months and a monthly rolling basis thereafter. Just make sure to send written notice to our office. Membership fees are not refundable on termination.

Of course they can! If you choose to support us further with fundraising activities of your own, your donation could help fund other parts of our operation too.

Whilst the membership fee is approximate to fuelling six missions, it will go towards our overall running costs, which is £4.5 million a year.
