Rebecca de la Bedoyere

Deputy Director of Income Generation

Rebecca joined the charity in March 2014, but began her current role in October 2022.

She leads the income generation team in raising the £4million we need each year to keep our crew flying and saving lives. They support the many amazing individuals, businesses and community groups across Wiltshire and Bath in all the ways they fundraise for us, from playing our lottery and taking part in sponsored events to fundraising in the workplace, leaving gifts in wills – and everything in between! She also deputises for the deputy chief executive when needed and is a director of Your Air Ambulance, our retail arm.

She started working in the charity sector in 2004, initially in marketing and PR before moving into fundraising and prior to joining the air ambulance community she worked for arts charities in and around Oxford.

As well as having over 15 years’ experience in leading and developing teams, she has experience across a breadth of fundraising disciplines, including corporate partnerships, events, lotteries, Friends schemes and Trust fundraising, with particular expertise in legacy giving (gifts in wills).
