Rupert Egerton-Smith

Pianist and concert artist Rupert Egerton-Smith continues to be praised for the “rich sensitivity and superb musicianship” that have come to be synonymous with his performances.

Combining an innate musicality with solid grounding in technique, style and composition, his abilities continue to trademark him as one of the finest classical pianists on the musical scene today.

Meet The Military Bands

The Band of The Grenadier Guards represent the most senior infantry regiment of the British Army, while the Band and Bugles of The Rifles represent the largest sole rifle regiment in the British Army.

This event not only marks one of the rare occasions that the two Bands will perform together in a concert, but it will also take the audience on an exciting and unique musical journey; celebrating the rich histories of the two regiments, as well as paying homage to the local Wiltshire area.

TV star and Wiltshire Air Ambulance ambassador Paul Martin has been announced as the host of the event.

Paul, who lives in Beanacre, is regularly seen on our television screens, hosting BBC’s antiques programme Flog It!, as well as Trust Me, I’m A Dealer and Handmade Revolution.

“As a Wiltshire resident, I'm absolutely honoured to be able to host this very special occasion which is raising vital funds for key charities in our community,” he says.

“It is set to be a fantastic event in an historic venue and I’m very much looking forward to having the honour of hosting the night.”
