In the first nine months of 2023, we have been called to 39 stabbings across Wiltshire, Bath and beyond.

We are working with Wiltshire Police on their The Blunt Truth campaign. The aim is to encourage young people to report others who might be carrying a weapon in the hope of preventing an assault. Our involvement provides information about the consequences of knife crime from a health context.

We know the best preventative is education. Our Emergency Awareness Training programme is proof of that statement. Since the programme launched in 2019, we have taught over 30,000 children lifesaving skills including how to perform CPR, how to use an external defibrillator and other first aid skills.
