About Matt

Matt is a qualified executive coach, facilitator and mentor. He specialises in working with individuals and organisations to enhance wellbeing, strengthen team collaboration, craft working cultures, and manage change. Through his coaching and workshops, participants can expect to amplify productivity, proactivity and performance. 

Prior to setting up his coaching practice, Matt was a corporate lawyer who left the legal profession to work with individuals struggling with various forms and stages of dementia. He also specialised in end-of-life and palliative care. His passion for coaching developed from his shift in perspective after working with those at the end of their lives.
