We provide an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) throughout the county and beyond.
It's about saving lives

We operate up to 19 hours a day and attend, on average, 3 potentially lifesaving missions in that time. We are called out to all kinds of emergencies, from road traffic collisions to cardiac arrests, child-related emergencies to horse-riding and cycling injuries.

We attend incidents like these across Wiltshire and neighbouring counties too.

About Us
In 2015 we became a standalone air ambulance, since then we have continued to grow and have now moved into our purpose-built airbase in Semington. Read more about our charity and find out how we are able to do the work we do.

Meet Sophie Holt Trainee Critical Care Paramedic "I feel we are very privileged to do our job. We see patients when they are critically ill or injured and do everything we can to help. Having the opportunity to meet patients again and their relatives following their recovery reinforces how much we can change people’s lives. It’s a rewarding but very humbling job." Meet the team
