Come see us at Swindon Town FC!

On Saturday 16 October we’ll be at Swindon Town’s home game with Rochdale at the County Ground.

To mark Restart A Heart Day, our Emergency Awareness Training team and critical care paramedics will be at the League Two club’s home to deliver guidance on CPR and other lifesaving skills.

The first aid training is usually delivered in schools and colleges by our team, offering youngsters the opportunity to learn about using a defibrillator, making a 999 call and putting somebody in the recovery position.

Football is all too aware of the importance of effective CPR training; at the Euros in June 2021, Denmark midfielder Christian Eriksen collapsed in his country’s game with Finland and needed lifesaving treatment on the pitch.

Come along and take part in the Emergency Awareness Training ahead of the match.

Swindon Town recently extended their charity partnership with Wiltshire Air Ambulance for a further two years.

They are also offering our donors a special 25% off tickets for the Rochdale game on Saturday 16 October. Simply use the code WAASTFC21 when booking any £23 seated ticket. Click here to book.
