The Wiltshire Air Ambulance Appeal has teamed up with Bag It Up Ltd, and created our new mobile phone recycling scheme.
Figures show that every household in the UK has at least two or three unused mobile phones which could be recycled and reused in developing countries, rather than ending up in landfill.
Funds raised will help the WAAA achieve the £500,000 of funding needed every year to keep the helicopter flying.
We have various ways for you to send your mobile phones:
- You can request a freepost envelope via email to us
- Download a freepost address label click here, attach to an envelope, or copy the freepost address shown onto your envelope. Simply place your phones in the envelope and drop them in a local post box.
- Freepost envelopes are available from www.bagitup.org.uk
- They can also be picked up from any of our locations including the Westbury Charity Shop.
Please do not put your charger in the envelope, as the cost of postage may outweigh the value of the phone.
Alternately, just mail your unused mobile phone to Wiltshire Air Ambulance, Freepost, London 16281, London WC1N 3BR
