Skydive UK, in conjunction
with Young Farmers, are organising a large
scale event to bring together Young Farmers
of all ages from Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire,
Dorset and Somerset on 4 separate days during
the summer of 2009:

- Friday 5th June 2009
- Friday 3rd July 2009
- Friday 28th August 2009
The aim of the Extreme Festival is to raise
funds for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance, The
Children’s Hospice South West and
Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Preparations
are well underway for the 2009
Show which will be taking place
in Trowbridge Park on the 23,
24 and 25 July 2009. The West
Wilts Show first took place
in 1989 and is a unique bi-annual
event. It has grown into the
biggest free-entry business
and community event in the region.
Its strength is its variety
– there really is something
for everyone. It offers a wonderful
day out for the whole family
and its success is demonstrated
by the fact that on average
around 80,000 visitors and 400
exhibitors attend over the three

live band, buffet, charity raffle,

We have recently all been on
a team building day paintballing at Warminster.
We had a great day and would like to say thanks
to Skirmish for a very enjoyable day, we fully
recommend the site for anyone interested in

£1000 was raised
by members of the Urchfont Scarecrow group, who
have an
annual scarecrow trail to raise money for WAA.
