LEGACIES AND MEMORIAL DONATIONS
Many people use their Wills to leave the precious gift of a legacy to a favourite charity because donations in this way are free from Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax. It's a wonderful opportunity to do something positive in your lifetime to make an individual contribution to our work in the future
As one teenage accident victim said on being reunited with the crew who helped her "There is no doubt that Wiltshire Air Ambulance saved my life, I am so grateful it exists".
Without you we would be grounded. By leaving Wiltshire Air Ambulance a monetary gift in your Will,
you will be helping to save lives.
There are several ways in which you can leave a legacy to the Wiltshire Air Ambulance
This involves leaving a specific amount as a cash donation to the charity.
After making a provision for your family and friends, you may consider leaving the remainder, or a proportion of your estate to the charity.
Bequeath a gift of shares, property, or any other items you may wish to leave to the charity.
Ask family and friends to make a donation to the charity in lieu of flowers.
If you have not already done so, we recommend you appoint a solicitor to help draw up, or make changes to your will. Your solicitor will request the following information from you:
Name of Charity
Wiltshire Air Ambulance Charitable Trust |
Charity Address
Air Support Unit
Police Headquarters
