Another way to support the Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
Since first opening its doors ten years ago, the Air Ambulance Charity shop is as busy as ever and has donated over a staggering £1.5 m to the Appeal.
The shop is staffed entirely by volunteers, headed by Mrs Dot Whitehead, and they work tirelessly sorting and pricing goods and serving customers. A very warm welcome awaits new customers and ensures that many people return again and again. It is a treasure trove of bargains, from clothes and bric-a-brac to furniture, books and toys. There really is something for everyone.
The Charity is extremely grateful to Mrs Whitehead and all her ladies for their dedication and hard work and of course our thanks go to all the customers who support the Wiltshire Air Ambulance Charity shop. They welcome donations of good quality clothes, bric-a-brac and books and toys, but do not accept electrical items. |
